Finding the marina was straightforward, and the communication with the staff was truly outstanding. The level of service they provided was excellent, making the entire experience very smooth. However, I felt that the facilities at the marina could be improved. It would have been more convenient if the toilets and showers were accessible round the clock, as having no hot water in the shower was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the quality of the yacht was top-notch, and the overall value for money was exceptional. The pick-up process was seamless, leaving me with an overall fantastic experience.
