The staff was very accommodating and helpful in resolving minor issues and clarifying any uncertainties during the takeover of the ship. Using an application on a smartphone for this process is a great utility that greatly facilitates and speeds up the entire procedure. If the images and descriptions in the application were better aligned with reality, the whole process would be even faster and clearer. Overall, I enjoyed a pleasant experience and appreciate the professionalism and quality of the services provided.

The experience was enhanced by the staff's kindness and excellent organization, making the online check-in for the boat smooth and efficient. However, the parking fee of 44 euros per day was notably steep. Finding the charter company was a bit of an adventure; having a detailed map to guide visitors to their location in the marina would be beneficial. Additionally, offering a refueling service could alleviate the last-day rush, which can be quite stressful as everyone scrambles to refuel. Overall, the yacht was of impressive quality, and despite a few challenges, the overall experience was commendable.

Although I had to pay an additional fee of 20 euros for an instrument cover that wasn't actually available on the boat, that didn't really interfere with my overall good experience. With a rental price of over 8000 euros, this seemed a bit incomprehensible to me. However, the boat was in excellent condition and met all expectations. The pick-up process was smooth, and the charter company and marina provided a professional service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that justified the price in the end.

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the atmosphere on board very pleasant. The quality of the yacht was absolutely top class and met all our expectations. The pick-up process was smooth and stress-free, and the charter company made sure we were well taken care of. The marina was also superbly equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also found that the price-performance ratio was more than justified. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would love to repeat.
