We are very pleased with the contact and help from viravira.co, but incredibly disappointed in a special charter company that would deliver the boat to us. By chance, we passed the marina in the evening two days before we were due to pick up the boat and then saw the boat lying there. The next day we spoke to staff from the charter company, who cheerfully informed us that one of the engines was broken and that it would take a long time to repair. They also mentioned that viravira.co would arrange a new boat for us, which we ourselves had to point out when we contacted viravira.co. At that point, they had just received the news an hour earlier. We believe that this company handled the situation very poorly and disrespectfully by not informing us and viravira.co much earlier than the day before delivery. We will definitely never hire this company again. Fortunately, viravira.co saved our vacation by arranging a similar boat in time.

Overall, the price-performance ratio was very convincing. However, we were aware in advance that the left motor starter could cause difficulties and unfortunately nothing was done to fix this. On the third day, the starter finally gave up his ghost, which cost us half a day for the repair. However, after the repair, everything went smoothly. Apart from this incident, the yacht quality, the pick-up and the experience with the marina staff were very positive and contributed to an overall appealing experience.
