The process of checking in was seamless, and I must say the interaction with the team, especially with Maja, was outstanding. The yacht was generally in good condition, although the broken telescope boat hook could use replacement. Overall, the experience was quite satisfying, reflecting well on yacht quality, and delivering an experience worth the value. The marina was well-maintained, enhancing the overall positive atmosphere of our trip.

The return service for refueling and docking was well organized. Communication with the charter company was particularly smooth via WhatsApp, which made the entire experience uncomplicated and pleasant. The quality of the yacht itself was satisfactory, and the start of our trip was enjoyable and well-coordinated. The marina offered sufficient facilities, although there is still room for improvement. Overall, the experience was worthwhile and left a positive impression.
