Everything was as promised. The location and boat were great. The staff was friendly and helped us with the paperwork before our arrival via WhatsApp. Since the boat did not go out on the day we returned, they arranged a later check-out.

We recently had the pleasure of chartering a brand-new yacht that was absolutely perfect for our family trip. It felt incredibly safe and was equipped with all the latest features, making it easy to navigate, even with my 12-year-old son enthusiastically taking on the role of first mate. The charter operator we worked with was exceptionally kind and attentive, consistently ensuring all our needs were met with a customer-first attitude. The marina was both spacious and well-maintained, situated right across from the historic charm of Pula, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. The yacht’s quality and the ease of the entire process made this a truly memorable family adventure.

The yacht itself was in perfect condition, offering the highest standard of quality and luxury one could wish for. Our pick-up was smooth and efficient, and every interaction exceeded expectations. The marina was well-maintained and added to the seamless experience. Overall, the value we received was outstanding, contributing to an unforgettable and flawless adventure on the water.

Renting this boat was a wonderful experience. It's personally owned by the person who rents it out and is in exceptional condition—cleanliness and service were top-notch. The boat is well-equipped, boasting two showers, two toilets, and an outdoor GPS plotter. Everything functioned perfectly, although we did notice that the depth meter consistently showed 1.5 meters more than the real water depth. We pointed this out to the owner, and it's possible he has already resolved it. Knowing this beforehand can help, but it certainly makes you anxious the first time you anchor in a bay at what you think is a 5-meter depth, only to dive and find just 1.5 meters of water beneath the keel. Despite this, the experience was excellent, and every aspect—from the yacht’s quality to the overall value for money—was outstanding.

I had an amazing experience aboard this yacht, which provided nothing but comfort and reliability throughout our journey. The check-in and check-out processes were thorough and left me confident in our voyage. The galley was impressively equipped, catering to all our needs during the trip. One of the standout features was the solar panel, which ensured the battery remained charged, offering peace of mind. Additionally, the underwater lights added a magical touch to our evenings on the water. Overall, every aspect, from the yacht's quality to the welcoming marina, was exceptional and truly unforgettable.

Our recent yacht charter experience was truly delightful, thanks in large part to the superb service and the top-notch condition of the boat we rented. The boat was practically new and very well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff was exceptionally helpful—Vanja, in particular, went above and beyond. Whenever I had questions during our trip and reached out, he responded promptly with the needed information, which I greatly appreciated. Although there was a minor issue with the fuel level sensor, which consistently displayed 0%, Vanja assured us the tank was full, and indeed it was, so we faced no inconveniences. The marina is quite modern with immaculate restroom facilities, though currently lacking in shops, and the closest restaurant requires a sunny 15-20 minute walk, which can be a bit challenging with children. We were informed that this would change by 2025, which sounds promising. These were our only small inconveniences in an otherwise perfect trip. I am already looking forward to returning and chartering the same yacht again from viravira.co if I decide to cruise in this region once more.

Hoewel het missen van de fin voor de SUP een klein minpuntje was, was de algehele ervaring absoluut fantastisch. De kwaliteit van de jacht was buitengewoon en bij aankomst was alles perfect in orde. De ontvangst en het inchecken verliepen naadloos en de service van het charterbedrijf was uiterst professioneel. De marina voegde extra charme toe aan ons verblijf en droeg bij aan de perfecte vakantiegevoel. Wat betreft de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, was het elke cent waard. Al met al was het een buitengewone ervaring die ik niet snel zal vergeten.

Wir erhielten das Boot in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, mit frisch bezogenen Betten, einem vorbereiteten SUP und einem bereitstehenden Dingi. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief besonders zügig, und auch der Check-out war absolut reibungslos. Beim Anlegen erhielten wir wertvolle Unterstützung, was die ganze Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es mehr Duschen in der Marina gegeben hätte, da gelegentlich auch das Papier ausging. Insgesamt war die gesamte Erfahrung jedoch sehr zufriedenstellend und verdient wirklich höchste Anerkennung.
