Die Yacht war in einem hervorragenden Zustand, was unseren Törn von Anfang an positiv geprägt hat. Bei der An- und Abreise wurden wir von einem äußerst kompetenten und freundlichen Techniker betreut, der unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Allerdings hätte die Kommunikation bezüglich der tatsächlichen Übergabe- und Check-in-Zeit besser sein können. Wir waren schon früh am Hafen, gegen 11 Uhr vormittags, aber trotz mehrerer Nachfragen erhielten wir keine genaueren Informationen zur Zeit. Das Gefühl, als letzte Crew des Tages an Bord zu gehen, war etwas enttäuschend, insbesondere da die Yacht offensichtlich schon einige Stunden vorher fertig war. Umgekehrt verlief der Checkout dafür sehr reibungslos und zügig.

The team responsible for the charter was both fair and highly professional, which added to the overall positive experience. After some discussions, they kindly agreed to refund 50% of my deposit. It's crucial to remember to thoroughly document the yacht's condition upon pick-up with a video to prevent misunderstandings about any existing damages, as this happened with me due to issues from a previous rental. Looking forward, I plan to invest in deposit insurance since any minor damage can result in significant costs. Overall, the experience was nearly flawless, with only the marina facilities not quite meeting the high standards set by the yacht and service.
