Das war wirklich bemerkenswert: freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent, dazu ein hervorragender Service, absolute Transparenz und ein fairer Umgang durchweg. Das Charterunternehmen kann ich ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Die Marina Frapa ist zwar etwas weitläufig, aber dank des sehr guten Services war das für uns überhaupt kein Nachteil. Das Segelboot hat für unsere Crew perfekt gepasst. Viel Platz, ein eigener Stromgenerator, ein Grill an Bord und sogar eine Spülmaschine haben den Törn besonders komfortabel gemacht.

Die Übergabe und Rücknahme liefen unkompliziert ab. Das Boot war toll, sauber und das Team sehr freundlich. Nur eine längere Ankerkette wäre wirklich nötig, denn 30 Meter sind einfach nicht genug.

Das Boot war top gepflegt, der Check in und Check out liefen problemlos und die Leute vor Ort waren nett.

Alles war top organisiert und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

The service was very friendly.

The sailboat handled very well, even in reverse and at low speed, and the front cabin was spacious. It was a new boat in excellent condition, and when the generator failed, the charter company offered to send a technician to another marina. The anchor windlass switch and fuse were a bit confusing to use, so it is worth paying extra attention during check in. There was also not much storage space for fenders and trash bags, since the anchor chain compartment was not accessible from the deck. Because of the generator issue, we had to charge the batteries with the main engine, and there was no inverter. The outside grill was also a bit frustrating, as the flame kept going out unless the gas button was held down.

We really appreciated the time and effort the team put into both pickup and drop off. It was a much better experience than we’ve had with other charter companies in the past. The boat was in perfect condition and we were even able to collect it early. On departure, someone was there at 7 am to help with our bags and bring them to the marina gate, which we really appreciated. We found it a bit hard at first to get itinerary information beyond the obvious islands south of Rogoznica, but after speaking with the shore team we chose to sail north and explore Kornati National Park. That worked very well over a week, averaging around 20 nautical miles a day. We’d also highly recommend Uvala Kanica for a final swim before handover. For us, using Savvy Navvy was essential to make the most of the trip, especially on an unsupported charter.

Very good sailing experience on the boat. The engine worked well and it was fast under sail. There was plenty of space in the 4 cabins, so even tall people should be comfortable. The boat has lots of luxury equipment and is worth it, but it needs to stay in the marina quite often since the air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, and grill only work on 220 volts.
