viravira.co was great to deal with and very responsive. Check in and check out went smoothly, and the staff communicated clearly throughout. There were no petty disputes over minor broken items, and the team were true professionals. The catamaran was very clean, with no interior defects or maintenance issues. It was actually the first of my four charters without a water pump failure, and everything on board worked very well.

The skipper’s advice on the route and daily plan was very helpful. I would not recommend ordering groceries in advance, as we were charged for everything but only received part of the order.
