The check-in process at the office was incredibly efficient, taking just five minutes and conducted entirely in German by the wonderfully friendly staff. The detailed and practical orientation during the yacht check-in at 12:30 was undoubtedly the best I've experienced in a long time. The yacht itself is packed with practical and exciting features such as an ice maker, radar, generator, AC, underwater lighting, a 45kg Ultra anchor with a 100m chain, and a folding propeller. It was in excellent condition and well-serviced, with any minor issues addressed immediately upon check-in. The sails were in great condition and perfectly suited to the boat's size. Each person having three towels was a thoughtful touch, and the check-out was smooth and quick. If you decide to charter this yacht, you're in for a wonderful week of sailing. On the downside, there's limited storage space in the cabins and the salon, which is a typical issue with Jeanneau yachts. Additionally, the underwater portion of the hull could have been cleaner.

Das Boot war sehr modern und in einem hervorragenden Zustand, was unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen hat. Dabei stach besonders die perfekte Ausstattung heraus, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Unsere gesamte Erfahrung war vom Anfang bis zum Ende makellos, angefangen beim erstklassigen Pick-up bis hin zur professionellen Organisation vor Ort. Alles verlief reibungslos und der Service war ebenso tadellos. Insgesamt ein Erlebnis, das jeden Cent wert war und das wir rundum genossen haben.

Loď byla velmi dobře vybavená a pohodlná, přesně odpovídala své výrobní době. Díky grilu na zádi jsme si mohli užívat skvělé večeře pod širým nebem, což přidalo celkovému dojmu. Marina Punat je velká a svým sociálním zařízením dokonce nadprůměrná, což nám zajistilo komfortní zázemí během celé naší plavby. I když charterové společnosti nemají úplně dokonalé zázemí, vše, co jsme potřebovali, fungovalo bez problémů. Paní recepční z DN Nautica nám nesmírně pomohla, když jsme řešili pojistnou událost, a za její pomoc jsme velmi vděční. Proces nalodění a vylodění by mohl být lepší, jelikož lodě jsou umístěny na vzdálenějších molech, což je od parkoviště dost daleko. Bylo málo míst na rychlé vyložení věcí a vozíků k zapůjčení také nebylo mnoho. Navíc bylo nutné mít drobné mince 2Kn na půjčení vozíku, což nás trošku zdrželo. Celkově jsme ale měli vynikající zážitek, díky skvělé kvalitě jachty a výbornému servisu.
