Meine Erfahrungen mit der Crew und dem Service waren außergewöhnlich positiv. Alle Teammitglieder zeigten ein Höchstmaß an Höflichkeit und Entgegenkommen. Der gesamte Prozess des Ein- und Auscheckens verlief reibungslos und präzise, was den Start und das Ende unserer Reise sehr angenehm machte. Die Yacht wurde in makellosem Zustand übergeben, was für ein tolles Erlebnis sorgte. Beachtlich sind die Herausforderungen bei der Konstruktion moderner Yachten, da die Qualität im Vergleich zu den 90er Jahren nachgelassen hat. Man sollte den damaligen Standard anstreben, um zukünftige Wartungen zu minimieren. Einst habe ich selbst Yachten verchartert und kleine Gesten wie gekühlte Willkommensgetränke bereitgestellt, was mit minimalem Aufwand großen Anklang fand. Ich möchte mich bei der Crew für die ausgezeichnete Betreuung und den hervorragenden Service bedanken.

Parkování v Tankerkomerc Marina Zadar bylo poněkud drahé, což bylo jedním z mála negativ na jinak vydařenou dovolenou. Yacht byla ve skvělém stavu, což velmi přispělo k našemu celkovému pohodlí a spokojenosti. Naše zkušenost se samotnou charterovou společností byla velmi pozitivní. Personál byl profesionální a ochotný, což výrazně usnadnilo proces vyzvednutí plavidla. Kromě parkování byla dovolená výbornou kombinací kvality a hodnoty, což udělalo z našeho cestování nezapomenutelný zážitek.
