I had an outstanding experience with an extremely friendly and competent manager on our yacht charter. With his professionalism and approach, Mr. Michele Dagostin ensured that everything ran smoothly and at the highest level. The quality of the yacht was excellent, and the entire process from pick up to drop off was seamless and pleasant. Every facet, from the excellent condition of the yacht to the organization in the marina, was simply top notch. It felt like a vacation worth every penny. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip, during which everything was really just right.

The check-in experience was conducted with precision and attention, which created a good first impression. The sails were in excellent condition and the engine proved to be efficient, ensuring excellent maneuverability of the boat. The tender/dinghy and related engine also showed excellent quality. The equipment of the boat was of a good standard, completing an offer that was convenient from an economic point of view. However, we encountered two problems upon delivery: the autopilot was not working, and the refrigerator was having problems. For the latter, we were provided with a 12V camping fridge with the promise that it would be repaired thanks to the discovery of a spare part. The problem with the autopilot, on the other hand, has remained unsolved. A point to improve is the possibility of using the bimini while the white sails are unfolded. In addition, the VHF radio was only half working, receiving but not transmitting, let's hope it will be fixed soon. Finally, a detail not to be overlooked is the lack of curtains on the cabin portholes. Despite these imperfections, the overall quality of the boat and the experience lived were satisfactory.

Overall, the charter trip with viravira.co was a very positive experience. I was very impressed by the charter operator's friendliness and goodwill. The yacht on which we made our trip was of high quality and fully met my expectations. The pickup was smooth and efficient, which made the start of our adventure very pleasant. The marina from which we started was also well equipped and easily accessible. In terms of value for money, our experience was very satisfying, which rounded off the entire experience in an all-round pleasant way.
