In recent months, the charter service through viravira.co has shown remarkable courtesy, speed and competence, even if it seemed that the general quality standard had fallen slightly. The telephone support, although very courteous, was not the fastest, and I had to make several phone calls before receiving confirmation of the required early check-in. However, the quality of the yacht and the pick-up experience were exceptional, with the staff managing everything impeccably at the marina. In terms of quality-price ratio, I think the experience was satisfactory, quite positive overall, although there is still room for improvement in some areas of the service.

The yacht I rented had a satisfactory quality overall, though there were a few points to consider. The bathing platform was a practical feature, but I was disappointed that access to the onboard GPS plotter via WiFi required an additional charge. It might be more convenient to use your own roaming for navigation needs. The pick-up process was straightforward, and the charter company offered commendable service. The marina facilities met expectations, enhancing the experience. Although the trip was good, I feel there is room for improvement, particularly concerning the value offered for the price paid. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with a couple of tweaks, it could have been even more enjoyable.
