The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel well looked after. However, the official parking lot in the marina is quite expensive, so it's worth looking for alternative options. The quality of the yacht was impressive and the collection process was smooth and pleasant. Overall, we had a positive experience and definitely feel it was worth the price.

My experience of sailing on a yacht was greatly influenced by the great equipment of the model on which we sailed. Beneteau Oceanis 46.1 enchanted us with its superior equipment, including air conditioning, microwave, USB ports in the cabins and two refrigerators. I also appreciate the traditional buttons on the control panel instead of the touchscreen, which I do not prefer. We sailed on the engine at a speed of 8 knots with low fuel consumption, which pleasantly surprised us. Comfort in the cockpit was enhanced by the location of the navigation and info panel right at the helm, which is very practical for the captain. Unfortunately, the charter company disappointed us with an unprofessional approach. They couldn't find dive inspection records and life jackets when they took over the ship. During the voyage, our pulley broke down at sea, which limited our sailing capabilities. Due to the distance from their port, they could not provide us with timely assistance, and even in other service centers we were unsuccessful in finding spare parts. When the ship was returned, they wrongly accused us of damaging the keel, without presenting any evidence that it was not caused by the previous crew. Due to unfair accusations and unwillingness of the company to return the entire deposit, I am disappointed and would not choose this company again. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the yacht and its equipment.
