The check-in and check-out processes were really outstanding. The staff impressed us in every way; they were extremely helpful, flexible and lightning fast. The condition of the ship, however, left something to be desired. The bimini did not prove to be waterproof, so during a prolonged cloudburst this unfortunately caused inconvenience. In addition, there was some inconvenience that the wastewater flowed back into the toilets and the burner heads of the stove did not work properly either. However, the pleasant check-in and check-out experience as well as the excellent attitude of the crew alleviated the problems we experienced on the ship and we ended up with a positive experience with viravira.co.

The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth, which made a positive impression on me from the very beginning. The professionalism and helpfulness of the staff is outstanding, in addition, the offer of parking spaces is abundant, which greatly increased comfort. Despite this, some things on the boat were not in the best condition. Ropes and sails were apparently in use, and some instruments also operated unreliably, which presented some challenges. Overall the experience was satisfactory, but some maintenance would come in handy to make it even better. The value for money is acceptable, but there is still room for improvement. Overall it was a nice trip with a few minor smoothies.
