The whole experience with the charter company was very positive. Despite the initial difficulties in picking up the yacht caused by a minor technical glitch, the crew quickly and efficiently resolved the issue, which deserves credit. As compensation, we were invited to breakfast, which was a nice gesture that will surely be remembered. The yacht was in great condition and perfectly equipped, I did not find any complaints. Although the contact with the charter company was flawless, I would see some room for improvement in terms of communication between viravira.co and the client. The difficulty was the changing service of the consultants, which led to problems with the transmission of information and sometimes inconsistency in the messages regarding the charter details. Overall, however, I rate the whole trip as successful and worth recommending.

The handover of the ship was extremely informative and left no questions unanswered. The quality of the yacht was impressive, and the entire pickup experience was smooth and professional. The charter company stood out for its excellent service and ensured that everything went to our satisfaction. The marina could have been a bit better, but overall the value for money was excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt we were in good hands.
