The sails were in excellent condition and the battery had great endurance, which meant we could fully enjoy the new 2022 boat. Unfortunately, the engine on the dinghy did not work as we would expect, and although communication with the charter company was not completely smooth during the voyage in solving this problem, I appreciate that they returned the dinghy fee to us without any complications after the return of the ship. Overall our experience was very positive, we enjoyed a beautiful time at sea and the quality of the boat was really impressive. The value for money was exceptional and the overall impression was really 10 out of 10, although we would have appreciated better support during our cruise.

We had a great experience chartering our boat. The boat's sails were of excellent quality, which made our sailing trip very enjoyable. Plus, it was a big plus that we were able to pick up the boat a little earlier than planned, giving us extra time on the water. The environment in which we sailed, with beautiful islands around us, added to the magic of the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with how everything went and found it absolutely worthwhile.

During our last cruise we encountered some challenges related to the formalities before going out to sea. The crew list form did not display all the digits of the skipper's ID number correctly, which was frustrating. The instructions for border control in Montenegro were vague, which caused us to sail to Cavtat first, only to discover that this port was closed for the whole year. Because of this, we had to turn around and sail back to Dubrovnik, which took an additional two hours. In addition, it turned out that there are more opportunities to check in in Montenegro than indicated by the tips received. The charter company made a mistake by printing a permit that indicated we were from Slovakia and giving the skipper's incorrect identification number. Despite these problems, the quality of the yacht was at a very good level and the whole experience can be assessed as really successful.
