Despite an initial mix-up where we had booked Fritz but ended up receiving an upgraded yacht as compensation, our experience was exceptional. Although we had to re-enter all the crew details upon arrival due to a communication gap, the entire journey was smooth sailing from there. The yacht was of outstanding quality, and every aspect, from the warm and efficient pick-up to the top-notch marina facilities, was flawless. It was an excellent value for money, making our overall experience truly memorable.

Das Team, das uns betreut hat, war überaus freundlich und hervorragend organisiert. Wir erhielten das Boot in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, mit frisch bezogenen Betten, einem vorbereiteten SUP und einem bereitstehenden Dingi. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief besonders zügig, und auch der Check-out war absolut reibungslos. Beim Anlegen erhielten wir wertvolle Unterstützung, was die ganze Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es mehr Duschen in der Marina gegeben hätte, da gelegentlich auch das Papier ausging. Insgesamt war die gesamte Erfahrung jedoch sehr zufriedenstellend und verdient wirklich höchste Anerkennung.
