When does viravira.co make payment to the boat owner?
viravira.co may choose to pay the boat owner before or after the rental process after the risk assessment process.
Payment Prior to Check-in Date
If viravira.co chooses to pay to the boat owner prior to the check-in date, the boat owner must sign the service agreement to be sent by viravira.co.
After deducting viravira.co's service charge from the prepayment amount collected from the renter at the time of booking, the remaining amount is transferred to the boat owner's bank account at the end of the free cancellation period. The boat owner may choose to receive the remaining payment on the Long Stop Date or upon delivery of the boat. If collected on the Long Stop Date, the remaining payment shall be forwarded to the boat owner on the first working day after the Long Stop Date.
Payments collected are kept in the escrow account of a payment service provider audited by the Banking Supervision and Regulation Authority until they are sent to the boat owner.
If the payment is received in two parts, viravira.co may collect the commission from both payments or receive the commission at once from the first payment.
Payment After the Check-in Date
If viravira.co chooses to pay to the boat owner after the check-in date, the remaining amount after deducting viravira.co's service charge from the payments collected from the renter are sent to the boat owner on the first working day after the check-in date.
