Die Betreuung durch das Team der Basis war ausgezeichnet, insbesondere Martin war herausragend. Eine kleine Anmerkung wäre, dass in der Beschreibung des Boots klarer hervorgehoben werden sollte, wenn eine Yacht über eine Selbstwendefock verfügt. Die Qualität der Yacht war zufriedenstellend, jedoch gab es Raum für Verbesserungen. Der Abholungsprozess verlief reibungslos und angenehm, was den positiven Gesamteindruck verstärkte. Der Service des Charterunternehmens und die Einrichtungen der Marina waren ebenfalls hervorragend, was zu einer insgesamt sehr positiven Erfahrung beitrug. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war angemessen, und bis auf kleine Details war der gesamte Charterurlaub wirklich schön.

La qualità dello yacht ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative, offrendo comfort e prestazioni eccellenti. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato davvero conveniente, considerando il livello di servizio ricevuto. L'intera esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e credo che non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio per le nostre vacanze in mare.

Our experience with checking in was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the professionalism and helpfulness shown by Martin. He not only ensured everything went smoothly but also provided us with excellent recommendations that truly added value to our trip. The yacht was in excellent condition, a pleasant surprise considering it was the end of the season, and we encountered no issues whatsoever. From beginning to end, everything about our journey was exceptional, including the overall experience, which was undeniably perfect. Although the marina was a bit underwhelming, the value we received for our money more than made up for it. Overall, it was a memorable and satisfying adventure.
