Яхта была почти в идеальном состоянии, очень чистая и без технических проблем, плюс с москитными сетками. Все наши просьбы выполнили, а приёмка заняла буквально полчаса, нам всё подробно объяснили и показали. Нам также дали Wi Fi адаптер, поэтому интернет был доступен в любое время, и посоветовали маршруты. На все вопросы во время круиза мы получали ответы сразу. Кухня была хорошо оборудована, марина удобная. Отдельно понравились парусное вооружение, хорошая скорость, устойчивость и 90 метров якорной цепи. Сдача яхты тоже прошла очень быстро. Было приятно иметь дело с чартерной компанией, рекомендуем. Единственное, с погодой не повезло, в день, когда мы ждали хороший ветер, был полный штиль.

Good value overall, and the charter company provided excellent service both before the trip and at handback. The yacht was older, but still in very good condition overall, although the mainsail was a bit baggy when sailing upwind.

Initial contact and communication with the charter company was smooth and efficient. The team provided all the information we needed, helped with every request, and the handover of the sailboat was quick with useful instructions on how to use it. During our sailing week we unfortunately damaged one of the hatches, but the way it was handled was easy and professional. The repair cost also felt fair and reasonable. My crew and I are very thankful to the whole team. We honestly tried to think of anything that could be improved, but everything was handled professionally and we could not find any real issue.

Loď bola vo výbornom technickom stave a počas celého týždňa sme fungovali bez problémov aj bez dobíjania batérií v maríne, pričom sme sa v spotrebe elektriny nemuseli vôbec obmedzovať. Na rodinnú plavbu bola výbava naozaj nadštandardná a plná užitočných detailov. Oceňujeme aj veľmi príjemnú komunikáciu a profesionálny prístup charterovej spoločnosti.
