We had an amazing experience that was almost perfect in every way! The weather was fantastic, which made our adventure at sea even more enjoyable. The service was extremely helpful, especially when it came to boat insurance matters, which really gave us a sense of security. The quality of the yacht was at the highest level, everything shone with novelty. The entire pickup process was hassle-free and fast, allowing us to fully focus on our cruise. The catamaran was spacious and extremely comfortable. We spent two weeks on it, which was a great time for us full of unforgettable moments. We are already planning to repeat this adventure next year on the same catamaran. The cabins were spacious and comfortable, with large and functional bathrooms. Beds provided a comfortable sleep, and fresh linens and towels added feelings of luxury. The outdoor space was enough to relax in the fresh air. We had at our disposal a coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and a sufficiently well equipped stove and gas oven. The whole experience was fantastic, though it lacked a handy sweeping brush or small vacuum cleaner. I highly recommend.

The overall experience was quite satisfying, with most aspects meeting my expectations. However, there were a couple of areas that could have been improved for a more seamless journey. Initially, the bathrooms on board had a noticeable odor, and I would recommend giving them a thorough cleaning, including the walls, doors, and floors, as well as both the inside and outside of the toilets. It's crucial to address this before allowing guests on board for a more pleasant stay. Once that was sorted, the yacht itself was of commendable quality, and the pick-up process went smoothly. I thoroughly enjoyed sailing as much as possible instead of relying on the motor, which truly added to the authentic sailing experience. Overall, everything from the marina facilities to the value for money was commendable.

The rental company is reliable and accessible, although I had difficulty getting answers from viravira.co to my questions. I had to contact them several times by phone, where they finally explained to me that the person responsible for my file was on vacation and would send me the information soon. Overall, the customer service was not very serious after signing the reservation contract. However, the quality of the yacht, the pick-up experience, the performance of the charter company, the charter company, the marina, and the value for money were excellent, providing a memorable overall experience.
