My experience with the organization of yacht rental was generally very good. By the time of receipt, the contact with the company was exemplary, providing a feeling of comfort and trust. However, during the cruise we encountered several problems that could have been better solved. It is worth paying attention to the issue of additional fees, which were not previously clearly presented and were considered mandatory. In addition, the process of clarifying the issue of yacht insurance was somewhat confusing and could be presented in a more transparent manner. The quality of the yacht was satisfactory and the experience of starting from the marina deserves the highest marks. In conclusion, despite some shortcomings, the overall impression was positive.

The team ashore was absolutely wonderful, displaying a remarkable level of friendliness and fairness. They made the whole experience delightful and seamless. The only suggestion for improvement might be to provide a small toolkit and some miscellaneous items for minor repairs, which could be handy. The yacht was of outstanding quality, and the entire pick-up process was impeccable. The marina was top-notch, and I felt that I received excellent value for the money. Overall, I had an exceptional experience, thoroughly enjoying every moment.
