Without a doubt, the highlight of our trip was sailing with the battened mainsail, which was a really great experience. What really stood out was the personal attention we received from the landlord. The involvement of the owner and his son added an extra dimension to our vacation. Although the yacht is somewhat dated and would certainly benefit from innovation, as I discussed with the son, sailing in this beautiful spacious cockpit was a pleasure for the full two weeks. The large space provided ultimate comfort. There were a few minor flaws, such as the deck shutters that leaked slightly, but that did not detract from the sailing pleasure. Overall, I had a great experience and felt like value for money.
