Montse and the team truly impressed with their friendliness and professional approach. Although the yacht I originally booked, a catamaran, unfortunately sank and could not be used, the alternative provided was in pristine condition, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. The pick-up experience was seamless, and the team's hospitality made the start of our journey smooth and welcoming. While the marina and the overall value met expectations, the unexpected change in the vessel did alter my initial perception. Otrzymałem profesjonalną i przyjazną obsługę po raz kolejny. Już kilkukrotnie miałem okazję korzystać z usług firmy i za każdym razem zachwycam się doświadczeniem. Łódź była w pełni zadbana i prezentowała się znakomicie pod żaglami, co pozwalało na wyjątkowe przeżycia podczas rejsu. Cały proces od początku do końca przebiegł bez zarzutu i nie było nic, co wymagałoby poprawy, każdy detal został dopracowany do perfekcji.
