At the beginning of September, we would like to make evaluations about the boat trip we carried out with Osman Kaptan and his team in the Göcek region. We generally believe that crew on boat trips is one of the key elements that makes the experience positive or negative, and unfortunately our crew experience on this trip was not at the level we expected. First, we would like to address the general attitude of the crew. Unfortunately, the general condition of the crew left a rather bored and tired impression. The fact that 3 crew members, except the captain, expressed complaints that they were constantly tired, how many more tours they had to endure, and began to count the days, negatively affected our trip. We consider this attitude to be unexpected in a business operating in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, their attitude of constantly complaining and demanding the end of the trip caused negative impressions. Regarding the dishes, the dishes presented were found to be very fatty and paste/dometesi. The quality of the food was reminiscent of a low-level hotel standard. The fact that the crew was constantly with us and did not leave us alone created an uncomfortable atmosphere. There were also some problems with shopping. Apart from our request in the large purchase made at the entrance, it was later determined that too many supplies and cleaning materials were taken that would not end during our trip. The lack of transparency in the supply and management of supplies, as well as additional purchases from grocery boats during the trip without consulting us, did not meet our expectations. Another noteworthy issue was that we realized that some of the products that we mentioned in the first purchase, for example a particular brand of tea, until our last days were actually served with the product left over from the previous customer, and not according to our wishes. The product we wanted was provided, but it was not served. The boat was a superb gulet, our captain was fine too, we might consider going out again in case the crew changes.

We were very pleased. The captain and crew were friendly and helpful. The food quality was very good for seeing the bays where we anchored, clean, windless and the sea.
