Although the yacht I originally booked, a catamaran, unfortunately sank and could not be used, the alternative provided was in pristine condition, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. The pick-up experience was seamless, and the team's hospitality made the start of our journey smooth and welcoming. While the marina and the overall value met expectations, the unexpected change in the vessel did alter my initial perception.
