The welcome at the port was warm and warm, which meant a pleasant start to our trip. Unfortunately, there were some minor defects that were not resolved, such as an empty gas bottle without a reserve and cabinet doors that did not open properly. There were also problems in the shower; the wastewater tank door could not be closed because two locks were broken, allowing water to run into the boat while showering. We reported this, and although we were promised that it would be restored, that did not happen. However, despite these inconveniences, our overall experience was positive. The quality of the yacht and the service at the marina were good, and we were still able to enjoy our time.

We were completely satisfied with everything. The team was really kind and helpful, they answered all our questions willingly, which greatly facilitated our journey. The boat was in excellent condition, well equipped and immaculately clean, which ensured the comfort of our trip. All in all, it was a fantastic experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.

The experience with the staff was excellent as the approach to the customers and willingness to help were really first class. When I had a problem with the pump 30 km from the port, the repair kit was incredibly fast and the new pump was installed just 90 minutes after reporting. I haven't experienced anything this fast in 20 years! From now on, I will take the boat only from Skradin, since I will not find a similar level of service anywhere else. I don't want anything to change, because any change could mean a deterioration. With such a great team, the future of the company is definitely not to worry. I am very grateful for the excellent service.
