Our yacht charter experience was positive overall, particularly due to the excellent quality of the yacht itself. It was generously sized for our group of nine people and impressed us with its excellent performance at sea. However, we found it a bit irritating that the charter company stores credit card details on paper to refund deposits. Modernization of IT systems would be appropriate here in order to adapt to modern standards and address data protection concerns. We hope that this aspect will be improved soon.

The Lagoon boat experience was of a high quality. I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the vessel, which really helped to make our trip even more enjoyable. However, I felt that the check-in process could be better organized to avoid long waits, which were a bit frustrating and unnecessary. Despite this, the assistance when entering the marina was excellent and made our start of the trip much easier. Overall, I felt that the experience offered great value and provided unforgettable memories.
