The yacht was in excellent condition, which made the entire vacation incredibly enjoyable. The staff was extremely competent and supportive. Lorenzo is particularly noteworthy in the office, whose friendliness and impressive English language skills made communication effortless. The entire check-in and check-out process was particularly easy and relaxing, which made the trip all the more enjoyable. All in all, it was a smooth and all-round positive experience.

Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities near the footbridges were not satisfactory and reminded of past times. Other than that, the quality of the yacht was really impressive. The whole pick-up process went smoothly, which made the start of our trip very pleasant. The charter agency has proven to be very reliable, which has enriched our trip overall. Although the marina left much to be desired in some areas, we found the overall value for money very good. All in all, our experience was quite positive, apart from the mentioned restrictions on sanitary facilities.
