The entire charter process left a positive impression on me. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, which made the start of our trip very pleasant. The boat was well equipped and in excellent condition, which gave us a comfortable time at sea. Another advantage was the fantastic location of the port, just a five-minute walk from the lively city of Palermo. I found the option of supply directly at the port particularly convenient, which made our stay much easier. A minor downside was that the boat was not assigned an MMSI, meaning that AIS could not be activated. In addition, waste disposal at Si.Ti.Mar turned out to be a bit cumbersome, as the locks on the recycling containers turned out to be tricky. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would rate my experience as very positive and enjoyed the time to the fullest.
