The experience with the viravira.co team was truly remarkable. The staff stood out for their professionalism and friendliness, always ready to assist us and answer our questions around the clock during our time on the boat. Their calm demeanor and helpful nature shone through, showcasing their expertise. We encountered some minor challenges with the sail, including some ropes and flags that caused a bit of inconvenience on the first day, and the dinghy could use an upgrade. However, the yacht itself was of high quality, and the overall pick-up experience was seamless and efficient. The charter company provided outstanding service, though the marina could have been a bit better. Nevertheless, the trip offered good value for money, and overall, it was a positive and memorable adventure.

I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the charter company. The staff was undoubtedly the friendliest and most helpful team I have ever encountered. They had the yacht ready ahead of schedule, allowing us to begin the check-in process immediately upon our arrival at the marina around 12:30. While their thoroughness during check-in might have seemed excessive, especially for seasoned sailors, it's hardly something to criticize—it just took a bit longer than expected, which is a minor quibble on my part. The vessel was in commendable condition overall. During checkout, they maintained their meticulousness but crucially, there was no attempt to "scam" us over minor damages that weren't our responsibility, a refreshing change from experiences elsewhere. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted, and the same can be said for additional equipment, including swimming gear. The GPS system, complete with Navionics, was excellent, facilitating an outstanding sailing experience with a swift and manageable boat. Refueling was indeed an unexpectedly great experience; rather than navigating to a sea gas station, we simply returned to our marina berth, where a refueling vehicle promptly attended to us—a remarkable perk that I haven't commonly encountered, though I typically sail in Croatia. The unique seating arrangement on the yacht, specific to Elan Impressions, was a feature I admired, although it did preclude seating in certain areas. There was, however, a minor issue with the lighting system in the saloon and cabins, which had an "intelligent" mode that occasionally made it impossible to switch off the lights. Additionally, the toilets and showers at the marina were only accessible between 8 AM and 8 PM.
