Der Segeltörn war wirklich bemerkenswert und die Yacht beeindruckte durch ihre Schönheit. Dennoch schien der Fokus mehr auf Design und Moderne als auf die eigentliche Segelperformance zu liegen. Die Informationen, die wir von viravira.co erwartet hatten, ließen stark zu wünschen übrig. Trotz wiederholtem Kontakt per E-Mail und Telefon erhielten wir bis zur Abreise keinerlei detaillierte Informationen darüber, wohin wir fahren sollten, und auch unsere Fragen zum Boot wurden nie beantwortet. Nur durch den direkten Kontakt mit der Charterfirma konnten wir sicherstellen, dass die Reise überhaupt zustande kam. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr frustrierend, da abgemachte Rückrufe nicht erfolgten und bei erneuten Anrufversuchen weder jemand erreichbar war noch ein Rückruf kam. Diese Erfahrung war insgesamt enttäuschend, und wir überlegen, zukünftig direkt zu buchen.
