I had an excellent experience with the overall organization and approach of the team in taking the necessary documentation. The staff in the office were very helpful and helped me in landing the jetty, which was perfectly handled. However, we were surprised by the situation when the boat could not be taken on time due to a minor technical problem — namely the missing spare part for the engine water pump. I noticed a minor complication regarding the fixation of the mainsail strut, which could not be locked firmly in the center. Despite these trifles, the quality of the yacht and the overall experience was excellent, all for excellent value for money.
