Our recent yacht charter experience with viravira.co had both highlights and hiccups. The yacht itself was of impressive quality and promised a pleasant journey, with any minor issues we faced being promptly resolved, allowing us to enjoy our time on the water without any lingering concerns. However, the conclusion of our trip didn’t go quite as smoothly as hoped. At the end of the charter, we faced an unexpectedly long delay at the fuelling quay, which was not something the charter company had control over. What added to our frustration was the extended wait of about two hours just for the charter company's team to complete the check-out process and return our deposit. Additionally, we were surprised by the request to vacate the yacht by 8am the following morning, which felt a bit rushed, as many companies typically offer a more flexible check-out by 9am. Despite these setbacks, the overall value for money was respectable, though there is certainly room for improving the experience at the marina.
