The yacht we chartered, a model similar to the Impression 45.1, was remarkably comfortable and sailed beautifully. It was maintained in excellent condition, really living up to our expectations for this type of vessel. However, we faced a few hiccups during both the handover and return process. The person who handed over the yacht wasn't able to explain certain technical details, such as the navigation device, indicating he wasn't a sailor and was unfamiliar with these specifics across the company's fleet. The most frustrating aspect was regarding our return. We were advised to be at the marina by 5 PM for a diver to inspect the yacht, and although we were ready at 4 PM, shortly after docking and preparing to leave, we were told to wait until 6 PM as stipulated in the contract. We were given the option to expedite the process with a 50€ fee for the diver's immediate availability, which felt like an unfair surprise. Despite discussing the issue with the marina staff and seeking a receipt for this extra 'service,' our concerns were ignored. In the end, I still recommend this charter due to the reliability and quality of the boat, which boasted impressively maintained machinery and safety features. My overall experience was positive, despite these inconveniences.
