A Waypoint csapata igazán lelkes és mindenben készségesen segít. Nagyon kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak, ami jelentősen emelte az élmény színvonalát. Sajnos a kikötő állapota hagyott maga után kívánnivalót, mivel hosszabb időket kellett várnunk, például a mosdóknál körülbelül 20 percet, ami kevésbé volt kényelmes. A fedélzeti konyha felszereltsége már elég elhasználtnak bizonyult, és bár használható volt, látszott rajta, hogy ráférne egy kis felújítás. Összességében azonban a hajós élmény kimagasló maradt, és mindent összevetve nagyszerű értéket nyújtott a pénzünkért.

Our overall experience was quite positive. Upon our arrival, the yacht was nearly ready, and we appreciated the timely call from viravira.co to inform us that everything was set. The check-in process was smooth and personable, with a team that was both knowledgeable and welcoming. The yacht itself was of good quality, offering a satisfying level of comfort and amenities for our journey. The marina was also well-maintained, adding to the pleasant atmosphere of the trip. Considering everything from the service to the yacht and marina conditions, it was a commendable experience, one that we would most certainly choose to repeat with viravira.co in the future.

Proces rezerwacji był naprawdę bezproblemowy i intuicyjny, co sprawiło, że wszystko przebiegło naprawdę gładko. Jakość jachtu spełniła moje oczekiwania, a odbiór przebiegł sprawnie i bez żadnych komplikacji. Podobnie profesjonalne podejście załogi i obsługi portu dodało wartości całemu doświadczeniu. Niezaprzeczalnie czułem, że wartość, jaką otrzymałem w stosunku do zainwestowanych pieniędzy, była na wysokim poziomie. Cała przygoda pozostawiła bardzo pozytywne wrażenie i jestem zadowolony z mojego wyboru.
