Der Check-in auf der Yacht verlief recht angenehm, da der Mitarbeiter außerordentlich kompetent war und sich mit allen Aspekten des Bootes bestens auskannte. Er war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderes Highlight war der QR-Code, der auf jeder Yacht vorhanden ist. Durch diesen erhält man Zugang zu einem Video der jeweiligen Yacht, das hilft, jedes technische Detail in Ruhe oder bei Bedarf erneut zu betrachten. Allerdings war der zweite Mitarbeiter beim Check-out etwas genervt und wies Reparaturhinweise, auch wenn es sich nur um Kleinigkeiten handelte, etwas unfreundlich zurück. Persönlich wäre ich froh, wenn Kunden auf solche versteckten Mängel hinweisen würden. Zudem gab es Probleme mit der Pünktlichkeit bezüglich des Tauchers. Uns wurde während des Check-ins und auch bei der Rückkehr versichert, dass der Taucher um 17:00 Uhr kommen würde und wir um 17:30 Uhr unsere Kaution im Büro abholen könnten. Leider wurde auf die letzten Nachzügler gewartet, und die pünktlichen Kunden mussten so für ihre Termintreue büßen. Wir haben dadurch fast zwei Stunden verloren und kamen nur knapp rechtzeitig zu unserem Flug.
