The yacht we chartered was truly impressive, and the team at the base was exceptionally friendly. However, we ran into an issue with not having enough ropes onboard, which was a bit of a setback. There was also a rather frustrating incident where someone from your call center mistakenly informed us that our yacht was hitting the dock. This caused us to abruptly leave a dinner costing 300 euros to rush back to the port, only to find out that it wasn't true. Due to stronger winds, all the yachts in that line had shifted slightly left. When I returned the call to clarify, it went unanswered and there was no response to my messages afterward. I'm hoping there’s a way to address and rectify this. Additionally, Volos Port could use some improvements; it lacks essential amenities like showers and decent options for food and water, which made the stay there less pleasant. Despite these challenges, the yacht’s quality was top-notch, and overall, the experience was gratifying though the marina left much to be desired.
