The boat was in excellent condition, making for a wonderfully smooth sailing experience. The team at the rental company was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, which made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. I am definitely looking forward to renting a boat with them again. The highlight for me on this boat was the spacious Flybridge, particularly enhanced by the impressive large Bimini covering it, providing both luxury and comfort.

Our yacht adventure was quite enjoyable, largely thanks to the reliable and well-maintained boat that served us well on our journey. Though we encountered a few minor hiccups during our trip, the charter team promptly addressed these issues, ensuring our trip continued smoothly. Throughout our voyage, communication was consistently strong, allowing us to easily acquire anything we needed along the way. One area that could use improvement is the check-in process. A more thorough introduction to the yacht's features and amenities would have made a world of difference, as we often found ourselves exploring and discovering things on our own. Despite this, the experience was rewarding, offering excellent value for money, and making our time on the water truly memorable.

The mooring spot we secured was conveniently located close to the charter office and just a stone's throw away from a delicious pita-gyros stand. The staff from the charter were incredibly professional and exuded kindness throughout our entire interaction. The yacht quality was impressive, exceeding all my expectations, and the process of picking it up was seamless and efficient. Furthermore, the marina itself was top-notch, providing everything we could need. Overall, every aspect of this experience was exceptional and offered great value for our money.

The boat was in great shape. Bali Catspace is an excellent catamaran for 1 week sailing with 6 people. The staff was excellent and helpful all the time. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Dingy needed inflation all the time. The outboard engine worked great. During our trip, cooking gas finished and to switch to the spare gas, we needed an adapter and had to wait for technician to bring it. Shortly, we didn't have any major issue; only small ones, and the company was quick to react and fix them. Thank you for this lovely week.

However, staying on the boat Friday night was a nice touch that added a bit more relaxation time to our adventure. The yacht itself was in pristine condition, a true 10 in terms of quality. The initial pick-up went smoothly, rating an 8 for some minor issues, but it was overall quite efficient. The charter company was reliable and supportive, making us feel confident throughout. The marina facilities were commendable, matching our expectations with an 8. In terms of value, it was absolutely worth it, scoring a perfect 10. Overall, our experience was exceptional, leaving us with cherished memories from our voyage.

Abbiamo incontrato un piccolo problema, cosa che può capitare, e l’assistenza ricevuta è stata davvero eccezionale, un intervento di altissimo livello. Il servizio al momento del ritiro è stato fluido e senza intoppi, e in generale, tutto si è svolto in un modo che ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative. Tra il porto turistico ben gestito e il rapporto qualità-prezzo ineguagliabile, l'esperienza complessiva è stata davvero straordinaria.
