The team at the charter company was extremely welcoming and offered great assistance throughout our trip. While the yacht was in excellent condition and made for a delightful journey, the sanitary facilities at the marina could have used some attention, as they were not very clean and lacked toilet paper. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall journey was fantastic due to the high quality of the yacht and the outstanding service. The pick-up process was smooth and efficient, and considering the entire experience, it was truly worth the investment.
