Personál bol veľmi ústretový a nápomocný pri riešení menších problémov a objasnení nejasností počas preberania lode. Použitie aplikácie na smartfóne pre tento proces je skvelou pomôckou, ktorá značne uľahčuje a urýchľuje celý postup. Ak by boli obrázky a popisy v aplikácii lepšie zosúladené s realitou, celý proces by bol ešte rýchlejší a prehľadnejší. Celkovo som si užil príjemný zážitok a oceňujem profesionalitu aj kvalitu poskytovaných služieb.

The experience was enhanced by the staff's kindness and excellent organization, making the online check-in for the boat smooth and efficient. However, the parking fee of 44 euros per day was notably steep. Finding the charter company was a bit of an adventure; having a detailed map to guide visitors to their location in the marina would be beneficial. Additionally, offering a refueling service could alleviate the last-day rush, which can be quite stressful as everyone scrambles to refuel. Overall, the yacht was of impressive quality, and despite a few challenges, the overall experience was commendable.

Obwohl ich eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 20 Euro für eine Instrumentenabdeckung zahlen musste, die tatsächlich nicht auf dem Boot vorhanden war, störte das meine insgesamt gute Erfahrung nicht wirklich. Bei einem Mietpreis von über 8000 Euro erschien mir das etwas unverständlich. Dennoch war das Boot in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und erfüllte alle Erwartungen. Der Abholprozess verlief reibungslos, und die Chartergesellschaft sowie die Marina boten einen professionellen Service. Insgesamt war es eine angenehme Erfahrung, die den Preis am Ende doch rechtfertigte.

Das gesamte Erlebnis war hervorragend von Anfang bis Ende. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was die Atmosphäre an Bord sehr angenehm machte. Die Qualität der Yacht war absolut spitzenklasse und erfüllte all unsere Erwartungen. Der Abholprozess verlief reibungslos und stressfrei, und die Chartergesellschaft sorgte dafür, dass wir bestens versorgt waren. Auch die Marina war erstklassig ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Zudem fanden wir, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als gerechtfertigt war. Insgesamt war es eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die wir gerne wiederholen würden.
