Наш опыт был наполнен смешанными эмоциями. Впечатления были яркими и запоминающимися, однако, с технической стороны возникло несколько серьезных проблем. В начале нашего путешествия лодка оказалась не в самом лучшем состоянии. Это особенно проявилось, когда во время стоянки в Позитано шквальный ветер стал причиной того, что незакрепленный якорь вместе с цепью полностью улетел. Мы решили встать у буя, но швартовый попал в бустер и заклинило его. При попытке спустить тузик, чтобы устранить проблему, сильные волны разбили гидравлику аппарели. Попытка вытащить веревку из подрулки закончилась тем, что мы утопили багор. Все эти происшествия за 15 минут были вызваны неправильно закрепленным якорем. Когда мы наконец вернулись в порт, приемщик в марине, увидев нас, не смог сдержать эмоций и воскликнул: "Мама мия!" К счастью, все было застраховано, и расходы составили всего 270+900. Без страховки сложно даже представить, сколько бы это стоило. Лодки, к сожалению, оказались немного потрепанными, и за ними явно не следят должным образом. Наличие множества неисправностей, а также чистота корабля оставляют желать лучшего.

L'esperienza con il team di viravira.co è stata eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Ho trovato lo staff incredibilmente professionale e gentilissimo durante tutto il processo. La qualità dello yacht era impeccabile e il momento del ritiro è stato perfetto, senza intoppi. La marina era ben organizzata e tutto rispecchiava il grande valore che mi aspettavo. Nel complesso, questa esperienza è stata davvero indimenticabile, dimostrando un livello altissimo di attenzione al cliente e professionalità.

Der NSS-Basemanager und sein Team leisten hervorragende Arbeit. Sie sind äußerst professionell und sorgen dafür, dass alles reibungslos verläuft. Obwohl die Marina-Einrichtungen während der Nebensaison nicht optimal sind, wie zum Beispiel begrenzte Einrichtungen und gelegentlich fehlt es an warmem Wasser, bleibt der Aufenthalt insgesamt fantastisch. Die Qualität der Yacht war erstklassig und der gesamte Prozess vom Abholen bis zur Rückgabe war makellos. Trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen in der Marina war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut und machte die Erfahrung rundum positiv.
