The team was genuinely friendly and made sincere efforts to assist us and address any issues we faced. The anchor chain was clearly marked, and the sailboat itself was well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this charter, though I advise being very diligent during the check-in process. Unfortunately, the check-in was quite challenging as the company manager seemed unsure about handling the water and black water tanks, and locating the fuses was a task. They even neglected to provide the boat's documents at first, however, they did send someone to bring them to one of the islands. We faced an issue with the outboard motor; it appeared fine during the initial check as it started briefly out of the water, but once on our journey, it wouldn't run for more than 10 seconds. This resulted in us rowing throughout the trip. Additionally, they don't inspect the sails upon check-out, so it's crucial to examine them yourself during check-in as they might be left in any condition by the previous user. While the wind instrument displayed a 30-degree deviation, keeping this in mind and double-checking the readings can mitigate navigation issues if not resolved.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience on this brand-new yacht. The vessel itself was stunning and impeccably maintained, which truly added to the enjoyment of our trip. Although a few kitchen utensils were not available, it was understandable given that the yacht was fresh from the dock. Everything else was perfect. The ease of picking up the yacht, along with the interactions with the charter team, made the start of our journey seamless and enjoyable. Located in a top-notch marina, the setting matched the high standards of the yacht itself. Considering all aspects, from quality to service, the overall experience was exceptional and offered incredible value for the money.
