Preluarea catamaranului a fost foarte rapidă și bine organizată, iar directoarea de charter a fost foarte amabilă și profesionistă. Ne am simțit ca niște oaspeți bineveniți și s a asigurat că totul a fost în regulă pe tot parcursul săptămânii de sailing în Insulele Ionice. A vrut chiar să trimită un tehnician pe mare pentru a rezolva niște mici probleme legate de încălzire, dar am refuzat. O recomand cu căldură. Per total, a fost foarte bine.

Everything went smoothly, and the team helped us a lot with every question we had.

This was clearly not a typical charter boat, but an owner’s boat made available for charter. The catamaran was equipped and maintained to a standard I honestly haven’t seen in nearly 25 years of chartering. Everything worked flawlessly, and any minor issues were explained in advance, so there were no surprises during the trip. It had great equipment on board, including oversized ground tackle, a wireless windlass remote with chain counter, and a very capable dinghy and outboard. The owner was also happy to share useful local tips and knowledge. Overall, it was an excellent experience and one of those rare trips that really restores your confidence in the charter industry.

The catamaran was very well equipped and very clean. The windlass worked perfectly, the sails were in great condition, and it had useful extras like a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, strong AC, and underwater lights. Overall, a very nice boat. The only downside was that the cabin next to the generator was quite noisy, so better soundproofing there would help. The watermaker was also a bit small, so it took more time to produce fresh water.

Volos çıkışlı seyahatimiz genel olarak iyi geçti. Volos marina, özel hizmet verilen bir marina olmadığı için, marina hizmetleri mevcut değil. Bu eksiği charter firması çalışanları tamamlıyor. Tekne teslimi ve geri alınması konusunda yardımcı oldular. Tekne teslim aldığımızda temizliği yapılmıştı. Tekne içinde tüm ekipmanlar yeterli ve kullanışlıydı. Teknenin sağladığı imkanlar ve ödediğim ücret düşünüldüğünde, fiyat/fayda konusunda memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Eleştireceğim konular, tekne jeneratörünün motor ve yelken seyrinde kullanılmamasının istenmesiydi. Sebebini sorunca, deniz suyu soğutmalı olduğu için seyir esnasında arıza yapabileceği dendi. Bu durumda, zaten gürültülü çalışan jeneratörü, dolayısıyla klima ve su yapıcıyı pek kullanma şansımız olmadı. Aslında pek ihtiyacımız da olmadı. Genel olarak memnun kaldım, charter firmasını ve Bali Catsmart Katamaranı tavsiye ederim.

Das Personal am Hafen war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Ein eigener Raum zur Kofferaufbewahrung wäre noch gut gewesen, da man am Hafen nur in ein Café gehen konnte. Wir mussten schon um 09:30 vom Boot und unser Flug nach Wien ging erst um 20:30.

Ogólnie wszystko było bardzo udane. Atmosfera była bardzo miła, a obsługa pomocna i życzliwa. Osoby z czarterowni naprawdę służyły pomocą. Jedyny stały problem dotyczył pontonu na katamaranie.

The boat was in excellent condition and everything worked perfectly. The shore team was helpful throughout, and the handover and return were handled quickly and calmly with everything properly checked. Thanks to the whole team.

We loved the catamaran, it had everything we needed and even more. The skipper was excellent and took us to so many places we never would have found on our own. I would highly recommend the charter company, and we will definitely be back.
